Labelonline Labelonline is Labelon's innovative online ordering system. It has been designed with the needs of customers in mind, and has developed alongside major clients ensuring that each feature works effectively, before moving on to add more functionality.  | The system allows customers to order care labels, as well as tickets, wovens and variable data labels instantly online. Production lead times vary from next day - for stock items - to five days for variable data, but a useful feedback box allows customers to indicate if they need them more urgently, or have any other special requests.
Labelonline includes a number of major features, reflecting the needs of store-level clients and group buyers, as well as manufacturing customers who place daily orders through the system. For example, order history and search functions are now much faster and reflect exactly the information clients have asked for. Customers are encouraged to make a batch order once a day in the morning to hit the Labelon production system at the optimum moment and ensure the best lead times. Web orders go through to a special holding area on the web and each is checked by a member of the sales team, to pick up any anomalies or special requests. We hope this adds a useful human touch and keeps a really positive involvement from the team. |
Training for the system is easy and customers are soon able to master the system. In support there is an easy-to-follow DVD, which allows users to play the simple steps through as often as they want, whenever they want. There is also a printed booklet to accompany the DVD, as well as phone support. Multi-lingual options and Features The ordering system is in the process of being translated into five languages to reflect Labelons commitment to our global customer base; Romanian, Turkish, German and two Chinese dialects.
